1.1 The Promotion is valid from June 23, 2026 through June 26, 2026 (11:59 PM CEST), unless modified or terminated earlier at our sole discretion.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

1.5 HBADA reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, as permitted by applicable law. Cancel the eligibility of any customer to participate in this promotion.
1.6 Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that HBADA's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals regarding the promotion will be entertained. HBADA reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this promotion.
1.7 During the promotion, all orders must comply with HBADA's purchase agreement and return policy.
1.8 Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize.
1.9 To the extent permitted by applicable law, HBADA reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
2.Subscribe & Win — Order Giveaway
2.1 To qualify, participants must hold an active subscription and place a qualifying order during the Promotion period.
2.2 Each qualifying order earns one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple orders may result in multiple entries.
2.3 Three (3) winners will be selected through a daily random draw conducted on June 23, 24, and 25, with one (1) winner drawn each day.
2.4 Each winner will receive a full refund equal to the value of their qualifying order, credited back to their original payment method within 7 business days of the draw date.
2.5 The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
3. Dad's Chair Scorecard — Father's Day Giveaway
3.1 To qualify, participants must comment on the official HBADA social media post during the promotion period (Jun 9 – Jun 22), including the required hashtag #hbadahealthwish and tagging at least one friend in the same comment.
3.2 Winners will be announced in two rounds: 10 winners on Jun 15 and 10 winners on Jun 22.
3.3 Upon verification of the qualifying comment, a 10% discount coupon will be issued to each winner via direct message within 48 hours of the respective announcement date.
3.4 The coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and may be applied on top of other eligible promotional prices running concurrently.
3.5 The coupon cannot be combined with any discount codes or additional coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
3.6 Participants must use a public account to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person per account. HBADA reserves the right to verify entry authenticity and disqualify fraudulent submissions.
