We ordered two chairs. One of them was not delivered because a damage in the packing...Hbada support informed me quickly and solved it sending me a new chair.
By the way, the chair is the best I ever have had.

I received the tracking number on the second day after placing the order. But after two weeks shipment status is “Order data transmitted electronically”. It looks like the chair is not yet shipped
The chair is good and quite comfortable for me. However, there is one issue you need to fix – the assembly instructions. The screws are marked incorrectly: what is shown in the manual doesn’t match the actual markings on the screws. As a result, I used larger screws for the footrest, which caused it to deform slightly and develop a small crack.
