Just missing a better cushion on the seat

After a week of usage my butt burts from the mesh seat as it is wide only around 47-48cm. The frame is abou 52cm however once you sit down, the "U" shape of the seat push my legs together hardly which after 10hrs sitting causes a severe leg pain. Would be nice to have a proper cushion instead of mesh seat with a total size of at least 51 cm. Now I have to put a 3times folded blanket onthe seat to mitigate the pain from the seat. Strongly thinking about returning the product..Also the head rest is wobbling a little..Otherwise, an excellent chair with a glorious 6D arm rests!

People, that are typing all these 1 - 3 star reviews. Please understand that Hbada ultra is desinged for taller people if you are in an averange height person, YOU SHOULD NOT GET THE HBADA E3 ULTRA. Instead get the pro version since its design features better compatibility with average person height. Other than that, I am having a blast with this chair as a 186 cm tall and about 80kg weight, slim and tall person.

Everything is moving without consistency.

Each item has its strengths and weaknesses so does this chair.
Strengths:
1.Decent build quality (at least after 3 days of usage)
2.Confortable and wide seat
3.Adjustability (seat and handrest)
4.control handle below the Seat
5. Fast shipping

Weaknesses:
1. Handrest is too high even in its lowest position
2. Lift travel is too low
3. Seatback tilting is too soft and cannot be regulated or fixed in any position but in 5 predefined ones

4. Would be better to have button for locking handrests

5. Lumbal part cannot be locked in any position but in 5 predefined ones

6. EU VAT invoice is in wrong format and it shows that the chair was bought in China although it was bought in EU.

Would I buy it again? For sure if HBADA fixes part with handrest

Für diesen Preis habe ich erwartet, dass die Qualität der Kopfstütze und auch der Armauflagen dem Preis entsprechen. Beim einstellen der Höhe von den Armlehnen, schleift das Metall. Drückt man mit dem Kopf nur etwas zu fest nach hinten, verstellt sich die Kopfstütze und man muss diese aufwendig wieder einstellen, da die einrastfunktion bestenfalls 3/5 Sternen ist. Bereits andere haben bemängelt, dass die Armlehnen deutlich zu hoch sind. Das kann ich bestätigen. Außerdem fehlt bei der Rückenlehne eine feiner Justierung. 4 Stufen sind bei dem Preis bei weitem nicht ausreichend. Die Lendenstütze gibt einem nicht das Gefühl, sind an den Rücken anzupassen. Vielmehr drückt diese durch die fehlende höhenverstellung. Warum ich diesen Stuhl 2/5 Sternen gebe ist die Fußstütze. Die ist wirklich genial und hat von den ganzen Bauteilen am meisten Qualität. Leider ist der Stuhl das Geld nicht wert. Ich hatte in meinem Paket die falsche Aufbauanleitung dabei… naja, kann mal passieren. Aber die Bauteile fühlen sich auch nicht hochwertig an.

Product is good, is has some flawes but generally it is a good product. Delivery is pretty bad, website said delivery takes 3 bussiness days, but for me it took 4+ weeks. Communication also not great, you have to mail yourself to get an update on delivery and get a traking number.

I bought the chair because of the good feedback from the internet. But when it arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The lever on the back was allready broken and I couldnt adjust the chair for my needs. Secondly the chair is not really high. It was advertised to fit also for tall people. But the seathight is lower than my old chair and you cant switch the gas strut to another one. Huge disappointment over all.
