Very disappointed – Poor quality control and defective mechanism

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The chair arrived with several issues right out of the box:
1. Wrong hardware: It came with the wrong screws for attaching the base/feet.
2. Stained plastic base: The plastic base structure arrived stained/marked out of the box.
3. Defective backrest adjustment: The backrest adjustment mechanism does not stay locked in the higher position—it only stays in place when set lower, which ruins the ergonomic support.
Given the expectations, this was a huge letdown. Poor quality control overall.

Good comfort - but not perfect

I really like this chair. Even for me with a length of 193cm it's a comfortable chair. Many settings and decent height.
The back support is alright but has a tendency to get stuck against my back and me personally, do not like that the armrest follows the angle of the back. That means that I need to sit totally straight for my arms to be level with my desk. I prefer to have the back slightly backwards and the my arms point up. Not possible to adjust the armrest down, only up.

But for the price, a really good chair.

Was searching for a good chair for remote work and this satisfied all my expectations, good materials, good build quality. For now it is still new and perfect, hope the durability will be on a high level

Ich sitze endlich wieder bequem

Dieser Bürostuhl erfüllt voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen - lediglich ein verschiebbares Teil am Rücken verrutscht manchmal nach unten, wodurch ich es wieder hochschieben muss. Ich suche gerade die Lösung dafür - kann auch sein, dass ich da beim Zusammenbau einen Fehler gemacht habe-aber es schränkt nicht die Funktionalität ein - ich würde den Stuhl wieder kaufen !!!

Finalmente sono riuscito a trovare una sedia confortevole per chi come me soffre di mal di schiena e' il giusto compromesso tra solidita' confort e ottimo prezzo ho avuto qualche problema per il montaggio perche' mi manca la mano sinistra ma ci sono riuscito da solo, Desi dalla chat mi ha segiuto con cortesia e gentilezza per ogni mio bisogno, grazie HBADA un abbraccio a tutti.
