1. Promotion Period
The Subscriber Lucky Draw runs from September 29, 2026 to October 14, 2026, unless otherwise stated on the campaign page.
2. How to Participate
Participants may enter the promotion by submitting a valid email address through the subscription form on the campaign page.
Each valid email address is eligible for one entry only.
Participation in the Subscriber Lucky Draw is free. No purchase is required to subscribe and enter the draw.
3. Subscriber Milestones & Rewards
· 1,000 Subscribers: 5 winners will each receive a €20 coupon with no minimum spend.
· 2,000 Subscribers: 2 winners will each receive a €50 coupon with no minimum spend.
· 3,000 Subscribers: 1 winner will be randomly selected from eligible subscribers who have placed a qualifying order to receive a Free Order Prize. The winner will receive a refund for one qualifying order.
4. Winner Selection
For the 3,000-subscriber milestone, one winner will be randomly selected from eligible participants who have both subscribed with a valid email address and placed a qualifying order.To ensure transparency and fairness, HBADA will record the winner-selection process for verification and internal record-keeping purposes.
5. Winner Notification & Announcement
For the 3,000-subscriber milestone (Free Order Prize), HBADA will contact the selected winner via its official customer service email to verify the qualifying order and arrange the refund.The Free Order Prize will be provided as a refund of the amount actually paid for one qualifying order.If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not have an eligible qualifying order, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, HBADA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Coupon Terms
Coupons awarded under the 1,000- and 2,000-subscriber milestones:
· have no minimum spend;
· are valid only on the applicable HBADA official website;
· cannot be exchanged for cash;
· cannot be transferred or resold;
· cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated;
· are subject to the validity period stated in the prize notification email.
7. Fair Participation
HBADA reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, automated submissions, duplicate or fake email addresses, manipulation of the promotion, or any other activity that HBADA reasonably determines to be abusive or contrary to the purpose of the promotion.Invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible subscriptions may be excluded from both the subscriber milestone count and the prize draws.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through this promotion will be processed in accordance with HBADA's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.Email addresses may be used to administer the promotion, conduct the prize draws, contact winners and, where valid marketing consent has been provided, send HBADA marketing communications.Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link included in HBADA emails.
9. Changes or Cancellation
HBADA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical failures, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.Any material changes will be communicated on the campaign page where reasonably practicable.
10. General
Prizes are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions communicated to the winner.Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold unless otherwise expressly stated by HBADA.Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
