Black Friday Warm-Up Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Warm-Up offers apply to eligible orders placed on hbada.eu from November 6, 2026 at 00:00 to November 15, 2026 at 23:59 (CET), unless a different validity period is stated below.

2. Subscriber Coupon Pack

Subscribe to receive three coupons worth €130 in total:

· €20 OFF orders of €300 or more
· €50 OFF orders of €550 or more
· €60 OFF orders of €1,000 or more

The €130 total represents the combined value of three separate coupons, not a discount on a single order.

Coupons are valid from November 6–30, 2026 (CET). The new E3 Ultra is excluded. Each coupon may be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Minimum spend is based on the checkout amount before applying the coupon. Enter the corresponding code at checkout to receive your discount.

3. Early Flash Deals

Selected products and colour variants are available at promotional prices during the Warm-Up Period.

Each deal applies only during the dates displayed with that offer, subject to availability. The applicable price and availability will be shown before you place your order.

4. Complimentary Promotional Gift Cards

Purchase an eligible X7 during the Warm-Up Period and receive an €80 promotional gift card, or purchase an eligible E3 and receive a €30 promotional gift card.

The promotional gift card will be sent automatically to the email address provided with the qualifying order within 10 minutes. It is valid for 90 days from issuance.

Promotional gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

5. Double Points

Earn 2 points for every €1 spent on eligible purchases during the Warm-Up Period, instead of the standard 1 point per €1.

6. Pre-Purchased Gift Cards

During the Warm-Up Period, purchase:

· A €50 gift card for €45

Gift cards become redeemable on November 16, 2026 and are valid for 90 days from issuance. Enter the gift card code at checkout to redeem its face value against your purchase.

These purchased gift cards are separate from the complimentary promotional gift cards offered with qualifying chair purchases. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Returns and Consumer Rights
