Especially during the peak of home office work, the range of office chairs has expanded enormously. Aside from the fact that there are also really wild models with massage functions, the ergonomic desk chair will probably remain the model of choice. The Hbada E3 Ergonomic Office Chair supports all important areas of your body, according to your own wishes. The manufacturer also has over 16 years of experience in the industry.
Individual settings for head, lumbar & Co.
Let's start with the overall construction of the chair, as Hbada has implemented a (supposedly) specially developed T-shaped support system for it. This is intended to prevent pain in the neck, waist, and shoulders, especially during prolonged sitting, by providing special support for these body parts. This begins with the elastic three-zone lumbar support . The elaborate name describes the middle part of the backrest, which consists of three individual parts: a dynamic lumbar support with two side wings. These can be moved up to 40° inwards or outwards, and the support itself can be tilted by 14°, adjusted by approximately 4 cm in height, and approximately 2.5 cm in depth.
Our most important tool in the office, our head, naturally also needs a comfortable leaning option. The 4D headrest can be rotated by 70°, tilted by 70°, adjusted by 4.5 cm in height and 5.5 cm in depth. I find this function quite practical, as the headrest of an office chair can quickly become a reason for neck pain if it doesn't fit well.
Our bottom also needs to be well-cushioned for intensive working hours, which is why the seat consists of a comfortable 52 x 50 cm cushion . The upper material is 16.5% breathable mesh made of nylon, so you stay fresh even at the back, but it could be uncomfortable with bare skin. You can also move the seat up to 5 cm forwards or backwards.
The armrests can also be adjusted very individually, which is why they are referred to here as 6D mechanical armrests . Specifically, you can adjust them in height, width, depth, and rotation. In addition, the front part can also be tilted upwards if desired. Personally, this is almost too many adjustment options for my arms, which will probably rest on the desk most of the day anyway, but it's still a nice feature.
Just lean back and take a break
As we all know, short breaks in between are very important; ideally, you should also stand up and move around. However, if you prefer to take a 20-minute power nap, you can recline with the Hbada E3 and its integrated footrest by up to 140°. I would actually sometimes wish for that in the office too.
