Taller users generally benefit from an adjustable seat depth, a higher headrest and a deeper seat. Selected HBADA E3 and other reclining models are available with a retractable footrest. A footrest is useful for reclining, short breaks and changing leg position, but it should not replace placing both feet securely on the floor during focused desk work. Check the selected variant carefully because some models are offered both with and without a footrest.
