Warranty Coverage

HBADA warrants that its ergonomic and gaming chairs are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for three (3) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to products purchased from HBADA official website (hbada.eu).

When a covered issue occurs, HBADA will prioritize sending replacement parts to resolve the problem quickly and conveniently.

Instead of asking customers to return or repair an entire chair, HBADA will:

  • Diagnose the issue remotely based on photos or videos
  • Ship replacement parts at no cost for confirmed quality defects

What the Warranty Covers

The HBADA warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

If a covered part fails during the warranty period, HBADA will provide a replacement solution.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (fabric aging, color fading, cosmetic scratches)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Improper assembly or modification
  • Use of non-HBADA parts or accessories
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

HBADA reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.
