The seat fabric is uncomfortable when in contact with the skin (if you are wearing shorts). The lumbar support does not allow your back to touch the chair. Lastly, and most importantly, the armrests, in the lowest position, are too high, not allowing a comfortable position when typing. I am 1.86m tall and weigh 95kg.
Thank you for your feedback. Our chair uses Air Micro-Perforated Breathable Mesh, which is designed for excellent breathability and comfort, helping to keep the skin dry. Generally, it is skin-friendly, but if you experience discomfort, it could be due to individual skin sensitivity.
If the lumbar support isn’t allowing your back to fully touch the chair, in addition to adjusting the lumbar support, you can also adjust the seat depth for better alignment. Similarly, if the armrests are too high even in the lowest position, adjusting the seat height might help you achieve a more comfortable typing posture.

The chair is much better than any other non-ergonomic chairs. Assembling took an hour I think (including unpacking). It is very comfy in the max reclining position. But you need to adjust headrest and lumbar support differently compared to sitting position. I like the diverse adjustability. The lumbar support is the best feature! The chair fits even short people like me (156cm). Armrests are too high and a bit too far from back though in a default position, would be nice if they could be lowered and brought back a bit. Armrests lift up when reclining, so it’s impossible to recline if you are too close to the work desk. Of course maybe you can detach armrests at all.. The quality of nylon and yarn is not pleasant to touch. It’s a bit rough. Now in summer it’s not pleasant to sit on a cushion with open skin. The material in foot rest and lumbar support is really nice and smooth to touch. I give 4 stars because overall it’s a good quality chair for such price.
I've been hurting my back with gaming chairs for years, but this chair is really comfortable.
It fits me just right at my desk and I am 5'2. I wanted a comfortable office chair and this fits the bill. I don't use the foot stool a lot because its not the most sturdy but I can put my feet up once in a while. I loved the separate neck piece which straps around the back of the head rest and use it every day. Good chair for the price.
I am a very tall person. I am a women over 6 feet tall and this chair is very low to the ground. For me, it was not comfortable to sit in. It also does not have very good support. I will probably buy another chair.
The chair doesn’t have the bounce I expected to get from their type of chair. The seat cushion is a little thin. What bothers me the most are the arm rests. They won’t stay up you can’t push the chair in with one hand because the arm rests keep falling down to stop you from getting the chair under the table. It would have been better if they stay locked in the up position and get released down when needed.

I wanted an ergonomic chair that looks great, has a headrest, a foldable footrest and is still affordable. This chair ticks all the above and is so damn comfortable. I love it. It works very vell for me. The build quality for the price is very good. The chair is super solid. Nothing rattles or squeaks. I have only 2 complaints. The polishing work done on the aluminium back part is very poor. I know how to polish, so I will fix that. Not a major issue. The other bigger issue is, that now I see there is a version with even bigger and more advanced armrests. But there was no option in the shop to get that one. I am quite salty about that. I guess we don't get that version in Europe?

The chair arrived well packed within 2 weeks after ordering. Nevertheless, there were small scratches on the aluminum backrest. Unfortunately, I can not insert a photo here. Assembly was easy, the instructions largely helpful, but individual steps are incomplete or incorrectly translated.
The seat height is stated as 54 cm, which is only true under load at the outer edge of the seat. Since you actually sit a little lower, tall people are missing about 3 cm. The measured maximum seat height is thus 51 cm.
The rest of the dimensions are satisfactory throughout.
A longer gas pressure spring would be desirable, then the chair would be almost perfect.
Personal procedure: I will exchange the gas spring for a longer one.
Perhaps the scratches can be fixed by polishing by a professional.
This will increase the total price by about 15%, but the expense of a replacement is too high for me, so I will keep the chair.
