I love the look of the chair, delivery went well, well packed. Lumbar support is only up down, and the chair can't recline but I bought it as an office chair and as such it works well.
The only issue I had was the seat cushion was stapled so that the staple went into the threaded boss, so it was impossible to insert the screw for the right arm rest and back. I had to remove the staple with pliers and add a new staple.
I just received and assembled the chair and I've never been good at assembling furniture, but this was easy and fast to do! It's a very slick and beautiful design and so far I'm obsessed with it! (My cat also wanted to model the chair!)
I've made do with cheap $60 chairs that don't last.

I have been waiting for my delivery and can’t get a hold of the delivery company. Apparently my street can’t be found - I have sent all details already to a customer rep from HBADA but haven’t heard any updates from the delivery company. Until then I can’t test the chair I’m afraid :-(
