Once in a blue moon the rarity of me being influenced by instagram paid off and I'm officially blessed with the most customisable, comfortable office/gaming/hobbying/napping chair

Everything is awesome! One little thing is that instruction is a bit small for reading, but that’s ok. Instructions are clear and understandable

The back of the chair does not move vertically or horizontally as described in the user guide and online. I have request a new part or a complete replacement but there are not parts or product in stock. I am hoping I will get a replacement when the parts come available within the next month or so.

So far so good, i've read that there may be some discomfort related to adjustment period, but i did not expierience it. Only problem i have right now is vertical positioning of the headrest isn't very stable, but it isn't as major of an issue, to subtract from the score.

Overall a good quality chair for the price, looks good and feel ok. Personally I feel that the lumbar support is very aggressive and lacks proper adjustments to make it feel right.
