La silla en si no es mala, es verdad que los materiales se ven de una calidad medianamente buena, pero los acabados no son los mejores, he vuelto a ver la pagina y creo que la E3 Pro se ve mas moderna y con un mejor acabado que la ultra y debería ser todo lo contrario en mi opinión, armarla no es nada difícil y es verdad que como una novedad esta bien, aunque hasta que no empiece el verano no sabré si vale la pena que sea tan transpirable. Si la compras de oferta puede que valga la pena, pero creo que sigue por debajo de las sillas gaming tradicionales que están en ese rango de precio. Solo diré que hay días que me gusta mucho y otros días en los que me arrepiento. Aun así le doy 4 estrellas por la innovación y el diseño.
❗️Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Customer Service
I purchased a chair for nearly €700 and received a damaged, possibly used product — it had scratches, missing protective film, dirt, and the packaging looked like it had been previously opened or mishandled.
Instead of immediately addressing the issue, the seller offered me a 5% and then 10% refund, which felt like an insult given the product's condition. It took over a week of back-and-forth emails just to begin a return process. During this time, I also suffered a minor injury while trying to repack the chair due to its poor construction and packaging.
The customer service has been extremely slow and evasive, full of generic responses and no real accountability. I’ve now had to file a dispute with my bank and prepare a formal complaint to EU consumer protection authorities.
📌 I strongly advise others to avoid this seller if you expect professional service, timely resolution, or respect for your rights as a customer.
Quality and service is great. Instructions are very clear. Package contains everything that you need to construct a chair and even more details.
Chair itself is good and comfortable. The only one thing that I would improve - it's adding possibility to control tightening of arm rest regulations.
Is use it as my gamingchair and it is so comfortabel i somtimes just stop gaming and just lay fully flat and it feels beter than laying in my bed

Just missing a better cushion on the seat
After a week of usage my butt burts from the mesh seat as it is wide only around 47-48cm. The frame is abou 52cm however once you sit down, the "U" shape of the seat push my legs together hardly which after 10hrs sitting causes a severe leg pain. Would be nice to have a proper cushion instead of mesh seat with a total size of at least 51 cm. Now I have to put a 3times folded blanket onthe seat to mitigate the pain from the seat. Strongly thinking about returning the product..Also the head rest is wobbling a little..Otherwise, an excellent chair with a glorious 6D arm rests!
People, that are typing all these 1 - 3 star reviews. Please understand that Hbada ultra is desinged for taller people if you are in an averange height person, YOU SHOULD NOT GET THE HBADA E3 ULTRA. Instead get the pro version since its design features better compatibility with average person height. Other than that, I am having a blast with this chair as a 186 cm tall and about 80kg weight, slim and tall person.
