I love my new chair
Sedia ottima, seduta e comodità al top per quanto mi riguarda, anche le regolazioni sono giuste.
Però le viti e le istruzioni sono sbagliate, infatti ho rovinato(solo un pochino) la pedana dei piedi per errata istruzione, sarebbe stato meglio se non fosse successo ma va bene così.
Instructions are wrong about what bolts to use, this caused damage to some parts.
The adjustable back support sits to much forward.
I have to leave it out and I replaced it with a pillow.

Tre problemi principali:
1) Mancava un pezzo. Comunque risolto dal supporto
2) Contatti con il supporto molto lenti. Ho dovuto scrivere più volte per avere risposta. Che comunque alla fine ha portato alla risoluzione del problema.
3) Le istruzioni sono solo parzialmente chiare, o meglio corrette. Infatti alcuni passaggi indicano viti sbagliate, invertendole con altre. Comunque ragionandoci un po' e svita di qua e riavvita di là, alla fine si monta.
Una volta montata la sedia appare robusta e ben fatta, con buoni materiali. È effettivamente comoda e il supporto lombare è efficace. Giusto va spesso riaggiustato perché il meccanismo non tiene bene la posizione. Ma una volta seduti la sedia è comoda. Nessuno scricchiolio o dondolamento. La seduta e supporto lombare sono perfetti per il mio problema alla schiena, e per la mia stazza (185x115).
Anche con gli imprevisti di cui sopra, comunque tutti risolti, il rapporto qualità prezzo è elevato.

Very good ergonomic chair. However, the instructions are deplorable; the wrong screws are indicated, and some cause damage if used as indicated. This problem must be quickly corrected by the manufacturer; at this price, it is not acceptable.

Was a bit of a headache to mount it as the screws where labeled wrong. Took the screws in the letter the instructions said for the leg rest but they where to long resulting in a hole in the plastic on the other side.
So dont go by the letters/instructions, use your brain instead and it will be fine. Just really annoying that the labeling was wrong... I mean how hard can it be to get right?
However the chair is great for the money so far.. only had it for a week.
