This chair is exactly what I needed for my health issues. I have a chronic lower back condition, herniated discs, and even another form an osteochondrosis Modic type 2. This chair delivers even more than the advertising promises, I'm absolutely amazed. Normally, I need two to three weeks to get used to a new chair, but that wasn't the case at all with the HBADA X7 Ergonomic Chair. I felt comfortable immediately, even sitting in it for hours at a time while working from home. The chair is high-quality, mostly made of steel (approximately 70%), with 15% plastic (only the covers and lid) and 15% fabric (the seat and backrest, including the headrest). The workmanship is excellent, even perfect, and the design is very well thought out. Everything works flawlessly, and all the functions are very well designed. The AI ​​lumbar support is a blessing, along with the massage and heating functions, and the fan function on the seat is an absolutely fantastic feature. Furthermore, the fabric area is very breathable and comfortable – a truly well-designed feature. Everything went perfectly, from the support team during the ordering process to receiving the goods and the assembly. Truly excellent, simply brilliant, perfect – I can't think of anything else to say.

I am very impressed and surprised because I have never experienced anything like this in my life, from any support before. From the moment before i bought the product and also afterwards, I received support that I had not expected and had never experienced in that form before. The support team addressed my issue quite quickly, very detailed, and all my concerns were explained clearly and understandably and they also followed up after the order was placed. That's what impressed me most. For example, an Employee contacted me proactively during the ordering process to check if the order had arrived and everything was alright. This kind of commitment, showing the customer that they are always available and caring, proactively contacting and supporting the customer – that's simply brilliant, I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of !!!

Ich habe mir vor knapp zwei Wochen den Hbada X7 Smart Chair gegönnt – und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein.
Der Aufbau ging leicht von der Hand, und schon nach dem ersten Probesitzen war klar: Hier steckt viel durchdachtes Design drin. Die adaptive Rückenstütze ist einfach genial – man muss sich zwar erst ein paar Tage daran gewöhnen, aber danach möchte man nicht mehr ohne.
Besonders angenehm ist die automatische Massagefunktion, die nach 45 Minuten für 15 Minuten anspringt – ein echter Segen im Arbeitsalltag. Das einzige kleine Manko für mich ist die Heizung: Selbst auf der niedrigsten Stufe wird sie mir manchmal zu warm.
Trotzdem bin ich überzeugt, dass das der beste Stuhl ist, den man für dieses Geld aktuell auf dem Markt finden kann. Absolute Empfehlung!

La sedia è di una qualità incredibile. Mi sta aiutando finalmente ad avere una postura corretta alla scrivania! Assolutamente consigliata… il massaggio qualcosa di incredibile per non parlare dell’aria fresca che con il caldo di questi giorni è perfetta. Assolutamente vale il suo prezzo! Avrei forse messo un adattatore di qualità migliore per la ricarica, quello in dotazione non mantiene il peso dell’alimentatore. Sarebbe stato bello avere una alimentatore con le spine internazionali intercambiabili.

The HBADA X7 chair is excellent. The comfort, build quality, and ergonomic design are amazing and I am very satisfied with the chair itself.
Customer support has also been kind and helpful.
The only issue was the charging adapter for Sweden. The chair came with a UK plug and universal adapter, which felt unstable in Swedish sockets. I hope HBADA improves this in the future.
Overall, I still highly recommend the chair.
