I spend most of the day at a desk, and the HBADA E3 Ultra is the first chair that still feels comfortable by the evening. The three-zone lumbar support is the standout. The floating wings wrap around the lower back instead of pushing into one spot, and once the height and depth are set, it stays with you when you lean forward or sit back. After a week of small tweaks, my usual afternoon ache was gone.
The 4D headrest is just as useful. It moves up, down, forward, and back, and it tilts with the recline, so the neck stays supported instead of hanging in a gap. The 720° armrests take a few minutes to learn, but they are worth it: they drop under the desk, rotate in toward the keyboard, and keep the shoulders from carrying the weight of the arms.
The mesh seat stays cool and firm without feeling hard, and the seat depth slides enough to keep pressure off the backs of the knees. When I need a break, the 140° recline and built-in footrest turn it into a proper rest position, not just a slight lean. The aluminum base feels solid, and assembly was straightforward.
It is highly adjustable, so the first setup takes patience. Get the lumbar at belt height, then the headrest, then the armrests. After that, it mostly stays put. For long workdays, this is a chair I would buy again.
